Tues. November 28th at 1:30pm in Modesto- Support Roberta Fitzpatrick at the Mark Mesiti Sentencing Hearing
Please join us in Modesto for the criminal sentencing of Mark Mesiti for the brutal rapes and murder of his 14-year-old daughter, Alycia. Victim impact statements will be read. Some justice will finally be served in this heinous case, though Santa Clara County Judge Chiarello has still never acknowledged his role in enabling this young woman’s murder. Alycia’s murder was completely preventable if Judge Chiarello would have listened to her mother, or the court employee who warned him about the grave risks she faced with her father. Please join us to support Roberta and her family on this important day of closure.
